お客様には大変心苦しいお願いとなりますが、輸送コスト及び諸外国における配達コストの上昇を受け、EMS配送料金を見直し、改定させて頂く運びとなりました。

 

つきましては、2022年5月30日（月）（日本時間）以降のご注文分より
配送料金を変更させていただきたくお願い申し上げます。

※送料は、注文した商品の重量と寸法によって決定いたします。
送料には手数料と保険が含まれています。

 

このたびの送料改定により、お客様のご負担が大きくなってしまいます事、心よりお詫び申し上げます。
今後も皆様にご愛顧いただけますよう、スタッフ一同サービス向上に一層努めてまいります。

We regret to inform you that we have to ask for price hike regarding EMS shipping rate due to the rising cost of transportation and delivery in other countries.

Therefore, we would like to change the shipping rate for orders placed after on May 30, 2022 (JST).

 

* Shipping rate will be determined by the weight and dimensions of the ordered item.

Shipping charges include handling fees and insurance.
