Shipping is done by Yamato Transport Co., Ltd.
It is impossible to designate other shipping company. If you receive a delivery notice in your mailbox, please request redelivery to Yamato Transport.
We do not offer “mail service” shipping; we only ship with “Takkyubin”.
If you wish to designate multiple delivery addresses, you can designate up to 20 addresses.
Please add the delivery address at the “Designation of the Delivery Address” at the time of your order. The shipping fee will be separately charged for each address.
