Return due to damage or defect

We accept the return and exchange of the crafts purchased at our store under the following conditions. If you find any damage or defect, please call or send an e-mail to us within 6 days from the delivery.
Return shipping fee will be covered by AMAHARE.

・There is a damage incurred during the delivery.
・There is a large scratch or stain not listed on our online page.
・A different craft than what you ordered arrived.
・A different number of crafts than your order has arrived
※In order to check the condition, we may ask you to send an e-mail with a photo of the damaged part.

Return due to customer’s convenience

Please note that we do not accept any return of purchased crafts at the customer's conveniences such as discrepancy in your image of the product, size difference and incorrect order.
We kindly request that you should read the crafts description before purchasing our crafts.

We do not accept returns unless our store determines that there were unavoidable circumstances described below.
In such a case, you must bear any return shipping fee.

・Where there are individual differences not listed on the online page
・Where there is an error in the description listed on the online page
（e.g. a significant difference in the size notation ）
