How to order (International shipping)

Thank you very much for visiting our online shop.
We currently ship internationally the crafts on our website to some of the countries.
We are planning to increase the number of items that can be shipped little by little and the areas that can be shipped.
Terms & Conditions
◇Basic Rules on Delivery
Please note that there are limitations on the crafts that can be shipped overseas and on the areas of delivery.
AMAHARE is not responsible for any import taxes or duties imposed by the country of import, for shipping to outside of Japan.
Shipping cost includes handling fees and insurance.
The customer is responsible for all cross-border custom duties and taxes.
Since we thoroughly inspect the crafts before shipping, we cannot accept returns except for defects that render it impossible to use the crafts.
◇handmade works in stock
All crafts handled at AMAHARE are handmade one by one.
There are slight variations in color, shape, size and glaze between the crafts as they appear in photographs shown online and crafts that you receive at hand.
AMAHARE ships the crafts that we and each artist inspect and consider to be the same excellent crafts. Please appreciate and enjoy it as character of individual pieces.
◇Business hours
AMAHARE Online Shop is an official online store where you can enjoy shopping for crafts handled by AMAHARE 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
◇Our stock
It may happen that some crafts displayed as “available” on our online store has run out of stock because the crafts are exhibited at store in Tokyo and online store simultaneously and because it takes some time for the status change of the crafts after they are purchased at the store in Tokyo before.
You will be notified by email if your order is sold out.
◇Create an account
You need to be registered as a member to shop at our online store.
Registration and annual fees are free.
Returning customers with existing accounts can login with their email and password to have their customer detail retrieved and applied to any new purchases.
They can also use service their purchase history and so on.
Click “Register as a member and purchase” at the time of your first purchase to proceed with the payment procedure, or click the key icon at the top right of the page to "Membership registration".

Customers who have registered as a member can use My Page.
Please click the "" icon at the top right of the page and log in.
The following service can be used on My Page.

check your purchase history and your order details. - Address
register / edit / delete the delivery address. - Change your password
change your password for security reasons or reset it if you forget it. - Edit / delete customer information
check / edit / delete your information.
◇Place an order
To complete your shopping, you place the item and quantity you want to purchase and click "Add to Cart".
Next you proceed to "checkout".
Please confirm your name, phone number, shipping address and put your payment information. Also check the shipping cost on the right side as well. Then submit "the order".
◇Shipping Costs
Shipping cost are determined by the weight and dimensions of the items you order. Shipping cost includes handling fees and insurance.
◇ Delivery time
AMAHARE packs and ships each order within 7 days from the purchase.
International deliveries by Express Mail Service (EMS) takes 5 to 10 days.
*Please note that EMS services may be limited or suspended due to Covid-19. International deliveries may be delayed for the same grounds. Please check the details at the website of Japan Post.
◇Delivery accidents
Notification by email is required within 7 days of receipt of the shipment.
Please note that even if you contact us after that, it will not be covered by the shipping insurance.
Items may be delivered by dropping off the items at the door or the garage of your designated delivery address.
Where an accident to the items takes place after such a delivery and before you pick up the items, the shipping insurance may not cover such an accident. So, please beware of this point.
