We are currently seeking one individual to join our team as either a full-time or part-time staff member.

Our shop welcomes guests from around the globe who seek to immerse themselves in Japanese culture.
We work with artisans who entrust us with magnificent works that are the pride of the world.

［Employment Status］
Full-time or Part-time

［Number of Positions］
1

［Working Hours］
Full-time: 8 hours per day (Overtime may be required)
Part-time: 7 to 8 hours per day (Negotiable) 

［Qualifications］
Experience in retail sales.
Preference will be given to those with experience in interior or craft (Kogei) shops.

［Ideal Candidates］
・Those with a deep interest in Japanese Kogei and interior design.
・Those who enjoy engaging in conversation with others.
・Those with proficiency in foreign languages.
・Those with a positive mindset and a desire to take on new challenges.
・Those who find joy and appreciation in daily life.
・Those available to work on weekends, holidays, and during busy seasons.

［Key Responsibilities］
General store operations and management (including online shop fulfillment),
Social media management, assistance at Sabo KYU,
Online shop inventory management, etc.

［Salary & Compensation］
To be discussed based on experience and ability.
※Probationary period applies.

［Holidays］
Two days off per week (Closed every Wednesday).
※Shift-based. For part-time positions, the number of working days is negotiable.
※For full-time employees, the total number of annual holidays for fiscal year 2025 is 123 days.
※Working on weekends, national holidays, and during peak seasons is required.

［Benefits］
Full transportation expenses covered.
Social insurance (Enrollment provided for those who meet the eligibility criteria).
