Yuko Ikeda × AMART“A Small Sea - Nagi -”



The exhibition “Small Sea – Nagi –” by Yuko Ikeda × AMART, previously held at KYO AMAHARE, will be presented online starting Friday, March 27 at 6:00 PM (JST) via our Online Shop.

Centered around sculptural objects, this exhibition presents works that go beyond mere display.

They can be enjoyed in various ways—used to hold fruit, filled with water, or arranged like flower vessels or Chozu basins—inviting a more interactive and personal engagement with each piece.  

We will also present one of Ikeda-san’s signature works, Sekimori-ishi.
This piece embodies a uniquely Japanese sense of subtlety and restraint—gently entrusting a quiet message to a stone:
“Please do not proceed beyond this point.”

As we welcome the new season, we invite you to take this opportunity to view the exhibition at your leisure from home, and to discover works that resonate softly with the heart.
