This piece is named "MASA," derived from the Japanese word masame, meaning straight grain. True to its name, it features a wiped-lacquer finish that highlights the natural texture of the wood. The thin rim and the visible wood grain beneath the lacquer create a strikingly beautiful effect.

Ideal for serving side dishes or desserts.

Urushi lacquerware is both lightweight and durable, and its texture enhances with use over time. Enjoy incorporating Urushi lacquer into your daily life.
