This unique glaze is created by blending ash from a wood-fired oven at a bakery by Lake Tōya with feldspar and other natural minerals. The resulting deep hue and smooth, lustrous surface gently reflect light, evoking the quiet, expansive surface of the lake.

The plate’s versatile size makes it ideal for serving a main dish, a small salad, side dishes, or even dessert.
