How to Brew
- Measure the tea leaves: Use 5g–8g (a slightly heaped teaspoon) for 2–3 servings. For a single serving, about 3g is sufficient.
- Warm the teapot: Pour a small amount of boiling water into the teapot to heat it.
- Warm the teacups: Pour the hot water from the teapot into the teacups to warm them.
- Add the tea leaves: Place the measured tea leaves into the teapot and cover with the lid.
- Pause and breathe: Take 1–2 deep breaths to appreciate the moment.
- Enjoy the aroma: Remove the teapot lid and savor the fragrance of the leaves.
- Prepare the hot water: Use the warm water from the teacups as a palate-cleansing sip, then refill the cups with water up to 70–80% full (around 80°C). Let it sit for 30 seconds.
- Pour water into the teapot: Transfer the water from the teacups into the teapot.
- Steep the tea: Allow it to steep for 30–45 seconds.
- Pour and serve: Distribute the tea evenly between cups, ensuring you pour out every last drop.

For Additional Infusions
- Second Brew: Refill the teapot immediately with water from the teacups and steep for about 1 minute. Enjoy a lighter, yet fragrant, infusion at around 80°C.
