Earthenware pot made from 100% Iga clay. Its slow, even heating brings out the natural flavors of ingredients, making broth-based dishes especially delicious.

• The 7-inch size is ideal for single servings, perfect for dishes like yudofu (tofu hot pot) or nabe-yaki udon.
• The 8-inch size is recommended for 2–3 servings, and the 9-inch for 3–4 servings.

Before using, please season the pot by cooking rice porridge twice to seal the surface. Pots made from 100% Iga clay may develop noticeable cracks on the bottom initially, but with proper seasoning, they become watertight and grow stronger with each use.
