Tatsuo Umehara is a promising young talent carrying the future of Tokoname ware, which is produced in Aichi Prefecture.
The round teapot, designed to encourage tea leaves to jump through heat convection, is perfect for brewing high-temperature teas such as black tea, hojicha, or bancha.
The large size is ideal for brewing tea for 3 to 4 people, while the small size is suited for 1 to 2 servings.
