Thank you, as always, for your continued support of KYO AMAHARE.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who visited Ama Oto (The Sound of Rain), the exhibition by Yukiko Tsuchiya, which recently came to a close.

The exhibition featured Yukiko-san’s powerful and beautifully expressive Kurokaratsu, a body of work that has become synonymous with her practice, alongside Akane Karatsu, inspired by the glowing sunsets over the sea of Karatsu.
Also presented were works such as Ama Oto and Ama Gumo, created in response to the exhibition’s theme, each piece capturing the quiet beauty of the changing seasons and fleeting natural landscapes.

The lingering atmosphere of Ama Oto, an exhibition warmly received by so many, will be available to enjoy online from Friday, June 26 at 6:00 PM.

May these vessels, gently imbued with the presence of rain, find their way quietly into your daily life, like a soft and welcome rainfall.
