A beautiful piece with a matte texture and elegant sheen. Designed for everyday use, this modern Urushi lacquerware seamlessly integrates into contemporary life.
The base is fortified with a mixture of iron powder and lacquer, making it more resistant to scratches. It is safe to use with metal cutlery (excluding knives). True to its name, this versatile piece is perfect not only for soup but also for pasta, salads, and fruit.
- Each piece is handmade, so there may be slight variations in color, shape, and size from the photos. We hope you enjoy these differences as part of the unique character of each item.
- We recommend washing with warm water after use. If the item was used for oily food, clean it with a small amount of neutral detergent and a soft sponge. After washing, allow it to dry naturally in a colander.
- When storing, keep it in a shaded area with good ventilation.
- This is a delicate piece made from thin wood, so please handle it with care.
- Please be aware that liquids close to boiling temperature (around 100°C) may cause the black lacquer to discolor and turn white. To prevent this, allow the liquid to cool to a temperature safe for consumption before serving.4o
