This unique glaze is created by blending ash from a wood-fired oven at a bakery by Lake Tōya with feldspar and other natural minerals. The resulting deep hue and smooth, lustrous surface gently reflect light, evoking the quiet, expansive surface of the lake.

This plate is ideal for serving main dishes at a gathering or when hosting guests.
