The size is ideal for main dishes.

• We recommend soaking the dish in warm water before serving hot food, and in cold water before serving cold food.
• For initial seasoning, do not boil. Instead, soak the dish in rice water for half a day, then let it air dry completely before washing thoroughly and using.
